If I'm being honest, I feel defeated! For the month of April and May I have pretty much given up. My motivation to eat well and exercise are non-existent. I haven't blogged in nearly 20 days, including my regular weekly post. I have hardly even read up on the blogs I follow either.
Starting tomorrow (yup, it's a Monday!) I am refocusing and re-committing to this blog. I need to amp up the exercise and cut down on sugar and junk.
Who's in with me? I have some blogging buddies who seem to be in the same funk....let's group up and do this together!

ReplyDeleteNot seeing the results we want can really kill that motivation. I try to remind myself that every next moment I get to start over... so when you feel like you've made your choice decide right then and there its okay to start again!

ReplyDeleteI am actaully afraid to step on the scale at the moment. Everything I have worked towards in the past few years is gone. I think I am the biggest I have been since the dreaded days of high school.
I keep using studying as an excuse... but really I'm just fucking lazy!
