By yesterday though, I knew I would be up. It's that time of the month for me, so that explains my desire to eat everything in sight. It also leaves me feeling very "full" and bloated. That was yesterday and today.
It wasn't as bad as I was expecting though.
Last week: 240.00 lbs
This week: 240.50 lbs
+.50 lbs
Totally understandable and redeemable for this week.
Let's kick it to the scales again next week!
On a bright note, I was the biggest loser in my TOPS group for the month of February. That means I get 1 month of dues free! Gotta love FREE!
Sorry about the gain but you are right, just gotta get back on track!

ReplyDeleteThat being said, I've noticed sometimes the week afterwards, especially if I had an extra high week during that time, I end up with a pretty decent loss so there is that.

ReplyDeleteIt's a known fact the scale goes up by a good 2 pounds when it's that time of the month. I always figure .5 gain just means next week will be that much better because you'll look forward to those 2 automatically going away plus however great you do next week, too!
