The Truth Of Tuesday Night

So, so I flat out blew it this week!

I even had an extra week to make good, and I did...a bit...I wasn't up nearly as much as I was the week previous.

Our last weight in I was:

245.50 lbs

This week I was up 1 lb, putting me at 246.50

So, this week I vow to do better.  Log food, exercise, you know..all the grown up things I promised to do earlier this week!

Our motivational thought for this week at TOPS:

You are NOT fat,
You HAVE fat.
There is a difference!
