The Truth Of Tuesday Night

Let's just get right to the point!

Last week: 244.00 lbs
This week: 243.75 lbs

Loss of 0.25 lbs

I don't really have anything to say about the scales this week.  I am neither disappointed nor surprised.  I fell off track over the course of the week and the results of that show.  Ok, I am actually surprised that I didn't gain another 3 pounds!

I can't change how my week was, but I can re-focus and do better.

  1. That is some excellent advice. I seem to keep looking back andsaying to myself "Where the EFF has my time gone since I got back from Tennessee?!?!?!?" And I continue to lose more time.... I feel so behind! But I will look forward and catch up this week.... during my 6-day workweek with school.... UGH

  7. If you look back in a year and you've "only" lost a quarter of a pound each week, that will have added up!! You go girl!! :)
